Shipping Policy

A flat PKR 300 shipping fee applies on all orders at checkout
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24hrs of placing your order
Delivery within 3-6 working days after dispatch

Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange accepted within 5 days of purchase. Delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
Product must be used less than 1ml and in original packaging, without any damages.
No returns on samples, sale items, or third-party purchases
Exchanges will receive a Marcais voucher within (1–3 days)
If the product is damaged, or leaked returns will be accepted and refunded via replacement of product or in some cases bank transfer (up to 3 weeks). A video proof of unboxing will be required. Delivery charges will be e borne by the customer.
