At Marcais, we offer refunds only in the form of store credit.

Refund Details

• Refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected
• Approved refunds will be provided as Marcais store credit within 7 days
• Store credit can be used for future purchases on Marcais

Important Notes

• Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable
• Marcais reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet policy requirements
