Returns & Exchange Policy

At Marcais, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining product integrity. Please review the conditions below before initiating a return or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria

Exchanges:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of the purchase date

Returns:

  • If the product is damaged during shipment return requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date
  • Approved returns will be issued a refund via bank transfer (up to 3 weeks) or Marçais store credit (1-3 days)
  • A video proof of unboxing will be required for verification purposes.

For both exchanges and returns:

  • The product must be purchased directly from Marcais (not via third-party sellers or resellers)
  • The product must be used less than 1ml
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including box and labeling
  • The product must not be purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance
  • The delivery charges will be borne by the customer

Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sample-sized products (3ml to 15ml)
  • Products purchased during discounts, promotions, or clearance sales
  • Products purchased from unauthorized platforms or third-party sellers
  • Bottles that have been used more than 1ml
  • Exchange requests made after 5 days
  • Return requests made after 7 days

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • The returned product must pass inspection before approval
  • Customers will be required to cover any price difference (if applicable)
  • Delivery charges for exchanges will apply.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Marcais customer support within the eligible timeframe
  2. Provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  3. Share relevant details and images (if requested)
  4. Ship the product back as instructed by our team

Marcais reserves the right to decline any request that does not meet the above criteria.
